Every Product Is A Promise Of Quality.

The items on this list are not just products, but also a testament to our rigorous quality assurance process. From supplier qualification audits to production process monitoring, and from quality testing to delivery standards, we have established a complete quality record for every product.

This series of OSB is specially designed and manufactured for interior furniture and partition applications. Made of high-quality pine strands with oriented layering, formed under high temperature and high pressure, and finished with fine sanding for direct painting or lamination. The product features stable structure, good load capacity, strong nail-holding power, excellent deformation resistance, high environmental grade (ENF optional), and better surface flatness than standard OSB. It is especially suitable for bookshelves, storage cabinets, tabletops, interior partition walls, feature walls, and commercial display props — fields that require both aesthetics and structural strength.

Birch plywood is manufactured from premium birch wood through advanced processes including rotary cutting, drying, grading, gluing, lay-up, cold pressing, hot pressing and sanding.

It features high strength, dense structure, fine texture, excellent wear resistance, superior dimensional stability and outstanding machining performance.

Birch wood has a strong fiber structure and excellent mechanical properties, providing high load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. It is recognized as one of the highest-quality plywood materials in the international market.

Birch plywood is widely used in premium furniture, cabinets, interior decoration, construction, marine applications, vehicle interiors, sports equipment, toys, precision machining and industrial products.

With its combination of strength, durability and elegant appearance, birch plywood is an ideal choice for applications requiring high-quality materials, long service life and refined surface finishes.

This series of birch marine plywood is made of high-quality imported birch veneers, bonded with phenolic resin adhesive (WBP waterproof glue) through high-temperature and high-pressure lamination, fully complying with the BS1088 international marine plywood standard. It features excellent waterproof performance (withstands 72-hour boiling water test without delamination), high bonding strength (≥1.6MPa), high density (approx. 750kg/m³), smooth and dense surface, high bending strength, good impact resistance, and environmental grade up to ENF level. It is especially suitable for shipbuilding, high-end custom furniture, speaker cabinets and musical instruments, vehicle body manufacturing, timber structure construction — fields that demand superior waterproofness, structural stability, and environmental standards.

This series of high density fiberboard is specially designed and manufactured drawing on advanced international high-end wood-based panel technologies. It is made of high-quality fine wood fibers with special reinforced eco-friendly adhesives, densely compacted under high temperature and high pressure. The product features high density (≥880kg/m³), high strength, excellent impact resistance, super-flat surface, dense edges, strong nail-holding capacity, and easy carving, milling and precision cutting. It is especially suitable for flooring substrates, high-grade molded door panels, automotive interior panels, packaging pallets, partition boards, and precision electronic component carrying trays — fields that demand high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional accuracy.

This series of film-laminated density fiberboard is specially designed and manufactured referencing international surface decoration technologies for wood-based panels. It is made of high-quality medium/high-density fiberboard substrate overlaid with PVC, decorative paper, or functional polymer films, bonded through professional lamination equipment under heat and pressure. The product features rich surface decorative effects (wood grain, stone grain, fabric texture, solid colors, etc.), scratch resistance, easy cleaning, moisture and stain resistance, and paint-free eco-friendliness, while retaining the excellent flatness and machinability of density fiberboard. It is especially suitable for residential furniture, office furniture, interior decorative trim, door panels, and commercial display props — fields that require a balanced combination of surface aesthetics and overall cost-effectiveness.

This series of maple blockboard is composed of high-quality maple core strips spliced into a substrate, overlaid with natural maple veneer, bonded through cold pressing and finished by sanding. The product features elegant and fine maple grain, uniform color, warm texture, while retaining the light weight, good nail-holding capacity, and stable structure of blockboard. It is suitable for high-end furniture, interior decoration, door panels, and display cabinet manufacturing.

This series of fire-retardant OSB is specially designed and manufactured drawing on advanced international fire-retardant panel technologies. It is made of high-quality pine and other fast-growing wood species, processed through long-strand flaking, drying, adhesive application (MDI adhesive optional), oriented strand layering (longitudinal in surface layers and transverse in core layer), with fire-retardant agents uniformly blended into the wood strands during production, then formed under high temperature and high pressure. The product features uniformly distributed flame retardant throughout the panel thickness, fire performance reaching B1 grade (difficult to ignite) under national standards, low formaldehyde emission (ENF grade optional), excellent structural stability, strong nail-holding capacity, and easy machinability. It is especially suitable for public building interior decoration, prefabricated building wall and roof systems, commercial display cabinets, theater partitions, and various engineering applications with explicit fire safety requirements.
